This website describes our software. We keep it accurate and update it as the product changes, but the descriptions here are not a specification and do not form part of any contract. Where a page describes a capability, the agreement with your organisation is what defines what you are entitled to.

You may read, print and share these pages. You may not copy the site's design, text or software to build a competing product, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, or use automated means to place load on it.

Access to the application is by invitation from an administrator of a customer organisation. Accounts are personal to the individual and must not be shared. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

The text, design, illustrations and software on this site belong to us or to our licensors. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you.

We aim to keep the site and the application available, but neither is warranted to be uninterrupted. Service commitments, where they exist, are set out in the agreement with your organisation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
