How it works

You bring the bills. We bring everything they should have been.

The industry data is ours to maintain: every network tariff, every levy, every loss factor, for every period. What only you have is your contracts, your meters and your invoices.

  1. 1

    Set up your estate

Sites, meters and contracts, once. Import them from a spreadsheet or add them as you go. Contracts record each rate and the date it applies from, so history stays correct rather than being flattened to today.

  2. 2

    Bring in a bill

Upload the invoice, or forward it to us and let the parser read it. What it read is shown for confirmation before anything is validated, so a misread never becomes a silent finding.

  3. 3

    The engine rebuilds it

Consumption, contract rates and every published industry charge for those exact dates are assembled into an expected bill, then compared line by line under your tolerance and check policy.

  4. 4

    Act on the verdict

Approve and export to accounts payable, or raise a query with the evidence attached and track it until the credit arrives. Either way, the run is recorded.

What we maintain

Reference data is the product.

A validation engine is only as good as the charges it can rebuild, and those charges change constantly. Keeping that library current, and knowing where it is not, is a core part of what you are buying.

Published sources only

Network tariffs, levy rates and settlement prices come from the bodies that publish them, stored exactly as issued.

Kept current

New charging years are loaded as they are published, and settlement data is ingested on a schedule rather than when someone remembers.

Gaps are visible, not hidden

Where a period or a network is not yet covered, the system says so and holds the bill, rather than quietly validating against nothing.

Access

Who can see what, decided by you.

Energy data is commercially sensitive, and a large estate rarely wants everyone seeing all of it.

  • Sites organised into groups and subgroups, and access scoped to them
  • Built-in roles for the common cases, plus roles you define yourself
  • Access by invitation only: nobody signs themselves up into your workspace
  • Multi-factor authentication available for every account

Assurance

Built to be checked.

The questions an auditor asks are the questions the system was designed to answer.

  • Each organisation's data is isolated at the database level, not by application code alone
  • Every validation run, verdict and change is appended, never overwritten
  • Approvals and exports are recorded with who did them and when
  • Findings and their evidence export in full for a supplier or an auditor

Getting started

What onboarding actually looks like.

A call, then a real bill

We start by validating one of your own invoices and walking through what came back. That conversation tells us both whether this is worth doing.

Your estate, imported

Sites, meters and contracts come in from whatever you already keep them in. We do the first load with you.

Your team, invited

You decide who joins, what they can see and what they can change, before anyone else gets a login.

See it against your own bills

A short call, then we validate a real invoice of yours and walk through what the engine found, line by line.
